Meredith Raymond is a health policy expert who has joined HSRI as a project manager for the Grassroots Project. A collaborative leader, Meredith is a strategic thinker who enjoys building coalitions and creating innovative solutions to advance systems change.

Before joining HSRI, Meredith advanced federal aging and disability initiatives at the Administration for Community Living (ACL), leading policy strategy and cross-sector collaboration. Prior to ACL, she directed a nursing home transition program and established a supports planning agency at a Center for Independent Living.

When not at work, Meredith enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Ginny.
