Senior Technical Program Manager
Kate Mullins is a senior technical program manager with experience leading health care technology initiatives, data platforms, and large-scale system implementations. Her work is driven by a passion for helping organizations transform complex health data into meaningful insights that advance equity and improve outcomes. Kate specializes in leading cross-functional technical programs bridging policy, business, and technical execution to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centered solutions.
Prior to joining HSRI, Kate served as program manager at Availity, where she led implementations of prior authorization solutions for major health plans, leveraging FHIR-based interoperability and real-time data exchange to support health care transformation.
Kate is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
When not at work, Kate enjoys traveling with her family, trying new restaurants, and spending time outdoors.
