Technical Assistance and Training
High-quality services require collaboration and information-sharing
We make a point to translate knowledge gained from research, observation, and evaluation into practical, accessible tools and techniques. And we’ve served as a federally supported technical assistance center for clients on multiple topics, including systems change evaluation, quality, and family support.
We use a systems approach to carefully develop and deliver training events—webinars, in-person classes, one-time sessions, recurring sessions, and more. We adhere to the principles of adult learning theory, creating events that respect participants’ needs, their time, and their diverse learning styles.
