The Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) offers a Critical Home Repair, Weatherization, and Anti-Displacement Program that provides no-cost home repairs and energy efficiency upgrades to low-income homeowners in Portland, Oregon.
To better understand the safety, health, and stability outcomes of the program, NAYA engaged the Human Services Research Insittute to conduct in-depth interviews and surveys with program participants. The findings are discussed in this report.
