Hailey is a project coordinator whose work is driven by a passion for utilizing data to drive systems change. She is particularly invested in working with public agency staff to develop and maintain data intake systems. She is also highly skilled in collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop standard operating procedures and tracking project timelines and deliverables. In addition to supporting clients in onboarding new data submitters, Hailey also has experience collaborating directly with data submitters to maximize their ability to submit quality data in a timely manner.
Prior to joining HSRI, Hailey was an autism family supports and services analyst at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services where she helped educate families and professionals about available autism-related resources. While attending Michigan State University, Hailey volunteered for the Sexual Assault Crisis Intervention Team on campus.
When not at work, Hailey enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and binge-watching Netflix with her husband and dog. She is currently working toward her master of public health degree in urban public health at Rutgers University.
