Emily Brol

Technical Support Engineer

Emily Brol is a technical support engineer whose work is driven by a passion for healthcare transparency. Emily is particularly dedicated to working with public agency staff to leverage population health data to maintain healthcare transparency websites. She is highly skilled in process documentation, release management, Azure DevOps, Sharepoint and SQL.

Prior to joining HSRI, Emily was a software quality assurance engineer at Grand Circle Corporation, where her work addressed marketing campaigns. Prior to that, she traveled internationally for five years both working and volunteering in Africa and Asia.

When not at work, Emily volunteers at local and international nonprofits, such as Rosie’s Place, the Greater Boston Food Bank, and National Braille Press.

  • Bachelor of science in advertising from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh
