Louis is a project manager whose work is driven by a passion for identifying and solving client needs, translating complex concepts into practical, value-add solutions for operational efficiency. Louis is particularly adept at relationship management and understanding not only what the public agency staff is asking for, but what they need. In addition to supporting clients in project management, Louis also has deep experience with data analysis.
Prior to joining HSRI, Louis was a project manager at the Michigan Data Collaborative, where his work addressed leading projects focused on value-based care initiatives. Prior to that, Louis worked as a consulting manager on projects related to client data analysis and developing data visualizations.
When not at work, Louis enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
