Homelessness has no one-size-fits-all solution. It's often inextricably linked with healthcare: beginning with a disability that interferes with a person's ability to work and resulting in a loss of healthcare that worsens chronic conditions.

And an unstable housing status presents a litany of challenges - to gainful employment, economic security, and even to navigating a system of public services. Effective public service systems provide streamlined, seamless access to the suite of services that address a person's full set of needs. And creating these requires a thorough analysis of existing systems, including from the perspectives of the very people they aim to serve.
