This report includes key findings and recommendations from HSRI's evaluation of the effectiveness and impact of the Catalyze capacity-building model. Building on its past work to increase undergraduate student success, College Possible implemented the innovative, capacity-building program, Catalyze. Our study assisted in evaluating this effort and provided actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing the quality of the implementation and the efficacy of the program.
