Beth is a User Experience Manager with a zeal for user-centered design and compassionate customer experience. With a love for analysis, research, and advocacy, she is skilled in stepping into the user journey and promoting a streamlined design that fits users' changing needs.
Prior to joining HSRI, Beth was a Certified Usability and Product Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, where her work addressed systems analysis and process mapping for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), providing financial relief to small businesses during the global pandemic. Prior to Chase, she served in production support, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing on federally legislated customer data integrity.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys cooking from scratch, reading, spending time with her husband and four rescue cats, and creating educational videos to help voters navigate complex public policy matters.
