Ryan is a software developer at HSRI whose work focuses on leveraging information and technology in the human services sector. Ryan is particularly dedicated to working with public agency staff to translate policy and advocacy needs into data-driven technology solutions. He develops, maintains, and provides support for custom software applications at HSRI, including Verity Analytics, a cross-functional, multi-tenant application that is used by multiple projects at HSRI. He is also involved in data management, data manipulation, and quality assurance for several support budgets projects, and has experience with software testing, database development, data visualization, and analysis. Prior to joining HSRI, he completed intensive technical training based in Portland.
In his downtime, Ryan volunteers with Friends of Trees, Habitat for Humanity and S.M.A.R.T. He also enjoys rock climbing, slacklining, skiing, dancing, and unicycling.
