Kiran Singh is a software developer whose work is driven by a passion for working on developing technical solutions for improving health care, patient safety, and anything that can help achieve broader social impact. Kiran is particularly dedicated to working with public agency staff with gathering and analyzing user requirements, communicating with clients, and design solutions to users’ problem at hand. Kiran is also highly skilled in working with the Microsoft Technology stack to design and develop various consumer applications. In addition to supporting clients in application development, Kiran also has deep experience in working with automating and integrating data transfers between systems running on different platforms. Kiran is also adept at various databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.
Prior to joining HSRI, Kiran was an application development specialist at Boston Children’s Hospital, where his work addressed development and maintenance of an enterprise-level clinical EMR system and its supporting components. Prior to that, Kiran worked as a software development specialist on projects related to unclaimed property clearinghouse.
When not at work, Kiran enjoys traveling, road trips, learning different cultures, trying various cuisines, camping, and BBQ.
