Kate is the director of project and product management for HSRI's Population Health team. Her work is driven by a passion for improving health and healthcare for all. A certified Project Management Professional, Kate is particularly experienced with working with public agency staff to develop and maintain state of the art data intake systems. These systems have been improving the quality of data available for population health reporting. Kate is also highly skilled in leading the planning and implementation of complex projects to meet the goals and priorities of public agencies. In addition to supporting clients in increasing the accuracy, quality and timeliness of population health data, Kate also has deep experience in developing standard yet flexible processes and procedures.
Prior to joining HSRI, Kate was an administrative and publications assistant at Berklee College of Music where she first began to develop her project management skills in the Office of the Registrar.
When not at work, she enjoys reading, cooking and exploring new places with her family.
