Connor Bailey is a project coordinator who is passionate about creating just and responsive systems that support people as they build the lives they desire for themselves.
Connor’s work primarily supports the National Center on Advancing Person-Centered Practices and Systems (NCAPPS), an initiative from the Administration for Community Living and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. His various logistical and administrative efforts help to keep the ball rolling on this important project. Connor is especially excited about helping NCAPPS to expand its mission and organizing its Learning Collaborative projects.
Prior to joining HSRI, Connor was a Research and Evaluation VISTA with College Possible, a national education equity nonprofit. At College Possible, Connor learned the importance of staying focused on impact—and how to analyze and understand data from people’s lives with integrity and commitment.
When not at work, Connor enjoys digging into a great novel, dancing like no one is watching, collaborative mythic storytelling, and reading white papers about community wealth building.
