Mr. Sampson will oversee the DACCC, a CSAP initiative providing comprehensive data and analytic resources to support program planning, policy decisions, and the advancement of knowledge in the substance abuse prevention field. Mr. Sampson is an accomplished health and human services professional, bringing 36 years of clinical, research, and management experience to HSRI and DACCC. Dr. Mulkern has been with the Institute since 1982. In her new capacity, Dr. Mulkern will take on additional administrative duties and will provide valuable support to the President as well as to the leadership team as a whole. Dr. Mulkern, who is a sociologist, has worked in the field of behavioral health services and evaluation for more than thirty years. She has taught courses in evaluation methods and medical sociology at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.   Dr,.
