Illinois Direct Support
(2004)This project is a systems change initiative to strengthen the direct support workforce in Illinois. It is funded by the Illinois Developmental Disabilities Council and will involve 15 agency employers and individual employers in a collaborative process to demonstrate better recruitement, retention and employee development practices.

Pathways from the Classroom to Credentials
(1997-2001)The "Pathways" project worked collaboratively with the University of Minnesota to develop interactive, multi-media assessment tools aligned with the Community Support Skill Standards - validated practice guidelines for direct support practitioners in human services.

Evaluation Center@HSRI
(1994-2007)The Evaluation Center@HSRI (TEC) was a program funded by the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) to provide technical assistance related to the evaluation of adult mental health systems change. The mission of TEC was to provide evaluation services and/or technical assistance to mental health system stakeholders including, but not limited to states, providers, consumers, and evaluators for improving the planning, implementation, and operation of adult mental health services.
