Evaluation of a SAMHSA-funded Cooperative Agreement for HIV/AIDS Related Mental Health Services in Minority Communities
(2008-2012)HSRI is the evaluator for a SAMHSA grant provided to the Cambridge Health Alliance and four community partners to apply the ACT model to persons with HIV/AIDS and mental illness. The program serves individuals from the Portuguese (Brazilian, Azorean), Latino and Haitian communities. The evaluation includes the collection of client outcomes data, service utilization data, and fidelity monitoring.

Money Follows the Person Technical Assistance
(2007-2011)Under subcontract to Ascellon Corporation (through a Task Order with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services), HSRI will assist the Centers for Medicaid and State Operations (CMSO) in the provision of technical assistance primarily to eight of 31 states awarded MFP grants. These states include Missouri, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, Kansas, Louisiana and Delaware.

A Blueprint for System Redesign in Illinois
(2006-2007)The Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities (ICDD) contracted with HSRI to develop a Blueprint for System Redesign in Illinois to reduce the state's over reliance on large congregate care facilities and increase quality community supports for people with developmental disabilities. The Blueprint will lay out concrete, specific system redesign action steps, their rationale, and how their implementation should be sequenced over a seven-year period.

Ohio Transformation Manager
(2006-2011)Beginning in June 2006 HSRI was contracted to provide Transformation-related services to the Ohio Department of Mental Health. The primary component of these services is Transformation Manager (TM). HSRI generated a version of Transformation Manager for Ohio, a web-based project management software application that tailored specifically for mental health system transformation efforts.
