(1994-2007)The Evaluation Center@HSRI (TEC) was a program funded by the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) to provide technical assistance related to the evaluation of adult mental health systems change. The mission of TEC was to provide evaluation services and/or technical assistance to mental health system stakeholders including, but not limited to states, providers, consumers, and evaluators for improving the planning, implementation, and operation of adult mental health services.

Evidence-Based Guide to Housing Models for Homelessness Resource Center
(1980)Funded through the Homelessness Resource Center and the Institute on Housing and Trauma (IHAT), HSRI produced a report combining a guide for homeless mental health service consumers and an evidentiary review for providers, advocates, administrators, and policy-makers who recommend, offer, advocate for, plan, and develop housing.
