As part of a second study funded by the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, HSRI joined with Lewin and Associates to conduct an in-depth analysis of deinstitutionalization activities involving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in five states.

Collection of Consumer and Family Data and An Assessment of the Quest Quality Assurance Process for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation
