Quality Assessment Services: Implementing Surveys of People with Developmental Disabilities and Family Members in California
(2010-2012)The California Department of Developmental Services has contracted with NCI and our colleagues at the National Association of Developmental Disabilities Services, Allen and Shea, and Temple University to assist them in the implementation of consumer and family surveys at the state and regional center level. The work involves developing a sampling plan, training surveyors, creating reports, and working with the state and regional centers to review and analyze the data.
