In Support of a Sustainable Future: Responding to the Needs of People with Developmental Disabilities in New Jersey
The Human Services Research Institute, under contract from the New Jersey Council for Developmental Disabilities, conducted interviews and analyzed national data to provide the Council with initiatives for their 5 year plan. The report offered national and state comparisons related to Medicaid-funded services. Interviews were conducted with key stakeholders within the state to derive needed policy goals and change iniatives. Further,recommendations the State and Council should consider in future policy decisions, related to service delivery and service expenditures, system infrastructure, and advocacy.
