Implementing Permanent Supportive Housing for People with Disabilities in Louisiana
The Technical Assistance Collaborative is providing direct capacity building, technical assistance and policy support to key service system organizations to assure they can participate effectively in the development, rent-up, and delivery of sustainable cross-disability supportive services for 3,000 new permanent supportive housing households including people who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness. HSRI is serving as the evaluator in this process. HSRI is implementing an on-line tracking and reporting system for permanent supportive housing service delivery. HSRI has also established a system for tracking waiting list management, referral, and tenancy outcomes. Project staff also collects qualitative information on implementation issues.
